Between 2015 and 2020, Google searches for gut health rose by more than 400 per cent. Far from being a fad, the microbiome market is skyrocketing, so why is everyone still so confused? And, more importantly, why are “gut health” conversations still only happening in health food stores and hot yoga queues?
